L'inscription est obligatoire pour pouvoir assister et/ou intervenir au cours des Rencontres. Tous les participants doivent s'inscrire, à l'exception des conférenciers pléniers, du lauréat du Prix de la SFPJ et des présidents de séance plénière.

Les étudiants et doctorants de l'Université de Strasbourg, ainsi que les élèves de l'Institut national du service public sont dispensés de frais d'inscription. Ils doivent néanmoins impérativement s'inscrire en ligne et sélectionner l'option "Entrée gratuite".

L'inscription au dîner du 26 septembre suppose le règlement de frais spécifiques, quel que soit le statut et l'établissement d'affiliation du participant.
Registration is compulsory in order to attend and/or speak at the Conference. All participants must register, except plenary speakers, the recipient of the SFPJ Prize and plenary session chairs.
Registration fees are waived for students and doctoral candidates at the University of Strasbourg and students at the Institut national du service public. However, they must register online and select the "Free entry" option.
Registration for the dinner on 26. September requires payment of a specific fee, regardless of the participant's status or affiliation.
